Just a quick broadcast to remind folks into coffee try out my coffeedownline builder thingy if you haven’t already, it’s a free tool that gives you two ways to activate your network – getting new recruits – and promote your products – firstly you can recruit via the front page referral URL you are given, or you can introduce people to all the sites on one splash page – the second URL.

This builder is a part of a suite of tools I am working on to bring people interested in coffee together – maybe I should start a coffee dating site like “plenty of coffee” ?  innit

Extra bits / notes.

Your downline may contact you for help, if they do it is usually a good sign as it means they are keen to work with you, rather than you having to chase after them ALL the time!

You can connect with your own upline by clicking on their links (on the left side) i.e Twitter, Facebook and Google etc. If they have entered their ID’s they are expecting you to contact them, with an introduction, not a spam mail !

Make sure you introduce yourself and tell them you are part of their downline, as this is a spam free network and your membership will be terminated if you cause offense to anyone through posting unrelated, un asked for commercial messages.

The other extreme is that your downline aren’t contacting you at all

If you are a bit short on referral contact,  and feeling lonely =) remember to login to 3Cash Machine daily, as you can get your downline’s e-mail addresses from the back office on there .

So -  if they haven’t contacted you, you could try contacting them, as when they join up to Healthy Coffee Downline Builder the chances are they have joined some (or all) of your programs in your downline – including 3CM, GDI, Yuwie etc.

There are many ways to initiate contact with your downline, the best way is to be friendly and don’t try to sell them anything or push a commercial/impersonal message on to them, just check out their profile, see what makes them tick – What are their interests, do you have anything in common and note down anything that interests you on a rough piece of paper – or keep a mental note of it.

Building an active downline is easier if you know the people you are working with. It takes time to build up a network of contacts for most people, for some it’s easier than others – we are all starting on the same path here though – turtle or hare – we are in the race just a little bit more together from now on

Final Note:

Make sure you get your Google Profile sorted out

A Google Profile is very handy as you can add links to your BlogSpot blogs, your Youtube Videos, Orkut and Picasa account if you have them, you can also follow (keep track) of sites you visit with Google Connect.

You can also add links there to all your main websites including your healthy coffee downline builder pages, Imagine your Google Profile as  A Main Train station in a City where your  links meet up.  If you have an eBay profile or belong to any other networks you can add it there too.

Next down the side menu is your profile page, this is currently very simple as there are no upgrade or payments for referrals to The Healthy Coffee Downline Builder, as I have kept it as simple/basic as possible so you are not overloaded with information. I may add other options/programs at a later date, we’ll see.

Just remember this little club is a free tool to help you organize a set of Coffee Affiliate and Network Marketing programs on one page that you could pop into a traffic exchange or rotator, that is attached to some of the biggest and best networks available and it will help you build downlines in your Coffee Programs.

Finally :The Logging out button

But don’t forget to log out – especially if you are working from an Internet Cafe or a friends House/Computer. It may sound like common sense – but never hurts to be reminded what common sense is occassionally!

The Bonus Page

Next down the side menu is The Bonus Page – where you might be now looking at this from a new window (or where your Upline downloaded the eBook version For You) The Bonus page has the main links you need to get started in order – and occasionally you will find bonus software, ebooks and links to handy tools in there too.

If The Healthy Coffee Downline Builder’s website is down/ offline for any reason you can check for news of the possible problem direct from my website hosting provider as they might know “what’s up” before I’m out of bed! – Website Servers are a bit like car engines, they run fine most of the time but aren’t immune to nature.

Update Programs Info.

Next down the side menu you will see : Update Programs Info link

This is a very important step in the system as it’s where you add your Affiliate ID’s to the system so that Affiliates join your downlines.

Simply add your ID’s in the boxes (look at your URL and just add the code that is yours (there are examples on site) and click the update info button add the bottom when done.

Your Programs page (second referral URL should now display with all your Affiliate links in.

If you already belong to some of the programs just add your current affiliate id, for any programs you don’t belong to, join up with the link provided on the left, this increases the likelyhood of an active upline there to help you, as they have followed the system already.

Why these 9 programs were chosen:

The First 3 programs (Ganobrand, GanodermaCoffee and The Healthy Coffee Company) are all connected to healthy coffee, Ganoderma products, the niche the club was designed for.

The Second 3 programs (3cashmachine, Ning Nomads and ResellersPanel) are non coffee websites that have generated results for me in the form of lead generation/traffic, recruits (downline members/sign ups) and (or) commissions/direct sales (cash).

The Third 3 programs (Twitter, FaceBook and Google) are the top social networking websites – they are also places *you can connect to your upline, and your downline can connect to you*

Members Home Page

Note: If you haven’t already make sure you read the About Page as that gives an outline of what downline systems like HCDC do.

When you first login you are on the Members home page, in the Account Center,

there you will see the following:

Total Referrals = means the number of people you have in your downline.

Your 1st Referral URL will look some thing like this:

Your Referral Url:

When you send leads/potential recruits to this URL they will follow the same steps you did, and be placed in your downline via the club database.

Your second URL is a splash page of all the programs with your referral links in them and will look something like this:

I recommend you use www.bit.ly if you want to shorten/cloak your referral URLs or get a .info domain from godaddy and forward the domain. (costs around $2.00 USD for first year at present ) – this will make your links easier to share on Twitter and other Networks (like Ping.fm, HelloText.com and similar Microblogging sites)
